Terms and Conditions for 
Large Group Bookings and Special Events

STANDARD GROUP BOOKINGS T&C’S 

UP TO 50 GUESTS, any groups over 50 guests will be bound by your specific contracted terms

Outstanding Amounts


Any outstanding amounts that have not been settled & paid at the completion of your booking will be charged by us to the credit card provided by you and held on file.

 

Deposits
Your deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day. Please be aware we do not split bills for large groups. Deposits will not be refunded if the restaurant receives less than 7 day’s notice of cancellation.

Final Numbers
For group bookings which have selected set menus we require your final numbers are required 7 days in advance; if we are notified of a decrease in numbers up until 24hrs prior to your booking a 50% charge will apply per person. Cancelled numbers within a 24hr period will be charged at full price of the selected menu charge per person.

 

Cancellation
Should the restaurant receive cancellation of the groups booking less then 24 hours notice of arrival full cancellation of the package price by the amount of guests confirmed will apply and will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

Seating Requests
All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Please be aware for groups that are over 10 people, you may be seated across two tables side by side and or adjacent.

 

Larger Groups: (12 guests or more)
An alternate drop menu may be required for groups over 12 guests and will need to be discussed at the time of booking. All reservations with 15 or more guests will require full food payment along with your final guest numbers 24 hours in advance unless otherwise arranged with us or through WWCC.

 

Beverage Packages
Beverage package options are available through the WWCC functions co-ordinator directly.

By law, management reserves the right to cease serving alcohol should a patron show signs of intoxication.

 

Cakes

If you wish to supply your own cake a $3 per person cakeage charge will apply. This will be added to your bill at at the time of payment.

Surcharges
A surcharge of 10% may be applicable on weekends and public holidays excluding kids menu & set menus

SPECIAL EVENT DAYS T&C’S

Special event days include Melbourne Cup, Christmas and New Year’s Eve

Payment

All payment for special events must be made in advance via our website marcosonalbert.com.au

Seating Requests


All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Please be aware for groups that are over 10 people, you may be seated across two tables side by side for specific events due to the size of our tables and setting arrangements. Please advise when confirming your reservation of any highchair requirements & prams you will be bringing.

MENU INCLUSIONS


Menu items are seasonal & may change subject to availability. Our full a la carte menu (ALC) will be offered for groups of 2-11 adult guests, any reservation for 12 or more adults may be required to go onto one of our set menu options. Kids meals are available for children under 12 years. Special dietary requirements can be catered for however we must be advised at the time of booking. 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION


All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Split Billing is not available. No bookings will be confirmed without Full Pre- Payment for special events. A 100% Cancellation Fee will apply within a 24 hour period if cancelled.
